ZenJobz provides a job listing platform that aggregates remote job and gig opportunities, and offers automation services ("SmartApply" and "SmartGig") that submit job applications on behalf of users based on their provided preferences.

We are not an employer, recruiter, staffing agency, or agent of any employer listed on this Website. We do not employ or contract with job seekers or employers directly. We do not participate in the hiring process.

3. No Guarantees

ZenJobz makes every effort to source legitimate job opportunities and present them accurately. However, we cannot guarantee:

  • That every job listing is legitimate, accurate, up-to-date, or free from fraudulent activity.

  • That any job application submitted via SmartApply or SmartGig will result in an interview, job offer, or employment.

  • That employers will respond to or consider any application submitted.

  • That any interaction between job seekers and employers will result in a satisfactory outcome.

Users acknowledge that employment decisions are solely made by employers and that ZenJobz has no control over the hiring process or employer conduct.

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for exercising due diligence when applying to any job listed on ZenJobz, interacting with employers, or sharing your personal information. Always research companies independently before engaging in interviews, providing personal data, or accepting job offers.

You understand that submitting your application automatically via SmartApply or SmartGig does not guarantee consideration, response, or employment.

5. Use of Information

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information in your applications and during your use of our services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that provides false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

6. Subscription & Payments

Subscription payments for SmartApply, SmartGig, or any other paid service are billed as recurring monthly charges unless otherwise specified. All sales are final. No refunds are issued due to lack of employer response, lack of job offers, or dissatisfaction with employment outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZenJobz disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of this Website.

  • Any employer misconduct, misrepresentation, fraud, or failure to hire.

  • Any third-party website content linked from our platform.

  • Any temporary interruption or unavailability of our services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZenJobz, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your use of this Website or services.

9. Modifications

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Continued use of ZenJobz after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
